What Seiton Paw is — and isn't
What we are
A planning and validation tool. We help you understand the requirements for your specific route, build a deadline timeline, validate your documents against those requirements, and stay on track through the process. Pawlo is your AI travel agent — not a legal advisor, not a veterinarian, and not a government authority.
What we aren't
We are not a guarantee of entry. Country regulations change, airlines update their policies, and governments make last-minute decisions. Seiton Paw gives you the most accurate, up-to-date information we have — but we cannot guarantee that a border officer, airline gate agent, or government official will accept your documents. Always verify critical requirements directly with the relevant authority before travel.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Pawlo's plan is only as good as the data you give it — if you enter the wrong travel date, wrong destination, or incorrect vaccination dates, the plan will reflect that. You are also responsible for confirming requirements with airlines, destination country authorities, and your veterinarian before departure. Seiton Paw is not liable for denied boarding, quarantine, or deportation of your pet resulting from inaccurate input or last-minute regulatory changes.
Payments and refunds
Explorer (Free)
You are never charged. No credit card required. No refunds needed.
Traveler ($29/trip)
Charged once per trip at the time you activate the plan. If you contact us within 48 hours of purchase and haven't yet used the document validation feature, we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.
Concierge ($199/trip)
Our human-assisted tier carries a full money-back guarantee if we fail to deliver a complete, validated travel packet before your departure date. Full terms are in the Concierge agreement you sign at purchase.
Your account
You must be 18 or older to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact security@seitonpaw.com immediately. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that are used in violation of these terms.
Changes to these terms
If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Seiton Paw after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with the changes, you can delete your account at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes will first go through good-faith mediation. If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Florida — not in court, and not as part of a class action.
