We built Seiton Paw to help you travel with your pet — not to collect data about you. Here's exactly what we store, why, and how to remove it. No legalese.
What we collect
Account information
Your name, email address, and a hashed version of your password — meaning we never store your actual password, only a secure fingerprint of it. We use this to identify you and keep your account secure.
Pet records
Whatever you choose to add: your pet's name, species, breed, date of birth, microchip number, vaccination history, and medical notes. This information is yours. We use it only to plan and validate your trip.
Trip details
Origin, destination, travel date, airline, and travel mode. This is the core of what Pawlo uses to generate your personalized plan and deadline timeline.
Documents you upload
Vaccination certificates, health records, lab results. These are stored encrypted, used only for validation, and never shared with third parties.
Usage data
Standard logs: IP address, browser type, pages visited, session duration. We use this to understand how the product is used and to fix problems. We do not build advertising profiles.
What we never do
We never sell your data. We never rent it. We never share it with advertisers. We never use your pet's records or documents for any purpose other than helping you plan your trip. If that ever changes, we will notify you by email before it takes effect — and you can delete your account immediately.
Your rights
Export everything
Go to Settings → Data & Privacy and download a complete copy of everything we have stored about you — account info, pet records, trip history, documents.
Delete everything
One click in Settings → Data & Privacy deletes your account and all associated data permanently. Deleted account data is purged from our systems within 30 days.

How we protect your data
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256. Documents are stored in encrypted buckets with per-user access controls. Usage logs are deleted after 90 days. We undergo annual third-party security audits — see our Security page for details.
