Seiton Paw was born from a simple observation: millions of families travel internationally with their pets every year, and almost all of them are navigating one of the most complex compliance processes in travel — alone, with a Google search and a prayer.
Where it started
Our founder has spent her career in technology — building products, solving hard problems, and watching AI transform what's possible. She also loves animals deeply. When she started noticing how many pet families were struggling with international travel — missing critical deadlines, getting turned away at airports, paying thousands to fix preventable mistakes — she saw a problem that technology could actually solve. Not a checklist. Not a PDF guide. A real AI agent that understands your specific route, your specific pet, and your specific timeline — and tells you exactly what to do, in what order, by when.
What we believe
Your pet deserves a calm trip.
International travel is stressful enough for humans. For animals who can't understand what's happening, the preparation is everything. A well-planned trip — where every document is verified, every deadline is known, and every requirement is confirmed — is the single biggest thing you can do for your pet's wellbeing in transit.
Compliance isn't optional.
We will never help you cut corners. If a route requires a titer test that takes four weeks, we'll tell you that on day one — not day twenty-seven. If your airline doesn't allow your breed in cabin, we'll flag it before you book. Our job is to tell you the truth, even when it's inconvenient.
AI should do the hard work.
Pawlo isn't a chatbot bolted onto a checklist. It reads your documents, knows your route, tracks your deadlines, and re-plans when things change. The goal is simple: you focus on the trip, Pawlo handles the paperwork.
Where we are today
We're a remote-first team based in Florida, building a product used by pet families across 38 countries on six continents. Dogs, cats, the occasional rabbit. We're just getting started.
