Cookies and browser storage.
What Seiton Paw keeps in your browser and why.
What we store in your browser
Sign-in (sp-session)
Keeps you signed in. Stored in your browser's local storage, not a cookie. Signing out removes it.
Language (sp-language)
Remembers whether you use English or Spanish.
Preferences (sp-preferences)
Remembers display settings such as units and date format.
Meta Pixel
When our Meta Pixel is enabled, the marketing pages and the checkout confirmation page load it to measure our ad campaigns, and Meta may set its own cookies in your browser. It receives page-view and sign-up or purchase events - never your pet records, trips or documents.
Product events
We record a small set of first-party product events (for example, that the requirements methodology page was opened). They use no cookies and contain identifiers only.
Managing browser storage
Your browser lets you view and clear cookies and site data. Clearing Seiton Paw's site data signs you out and resets your language and preferences.
